SUMMARY OF PRA COMMENTS

In accordance with the requirements of 5 CFR 1320.8(d), the Federal Housing Finance Agency
(FHFA), along with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Board of Governors
of the Federal Reserve System (Board), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), National
Credit Union Administration (NCUA), Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (Bureau)
(collectively, the Agencies) issued a notice of proposed rulemaking which included a request for
public comments regarding this information collection. See 79 FR 19521 (April 9, 2014). The
60-day comment period closed on June 9, 2014.
The Agencies received no comments regarding the collection and, accordingly, have made no
changes to the information collection in the final rule.
