“HUD has updated its form 92900-A, HUD/VA Addendum to Uniform Residential Loan Application. The changes were made to provide clarity to the certifications made by the lender/mortgagee by helping standardize language between VA and HUD\FHA, and to remove redundant sections. Additionally, form 92902, Certificate of HECM Counseling (currently approved under OMB 2502-0524), will now also display approval under 2502-0059 to more accurately demonstrate that as part of some HECM applications, that information conditions already ascribed to and approved under OMB 2502-0059 are appropriately approved and covered. HUD also updated its form 92900-LT, FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary to reflect program names and terms currently used in its Handbooks. (example – changed Lender to Mortgagee) These changes do not impact the information collection.
