Economic Supplement (CPS) and the
American Community Survey (ACS) by comparing survey reports to data
from administrative records from the Medica Health Plan in
Minnesota. The survey will be conducted by telephone with sample of
Medica enrollees. The data will inform efforts to reduce
misreporting of coverage in the CPS and ACS and, more generally, to
understand measurement error in surveys that measure health
insurance. A single household respondent (18 and over) will be
asked to answer questions about all other household
members.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
