Based on recent data provided by, and the experience of, TTB personnel who process TTB F 5100.11, we have decreased the estimated number of responses associated with this collection from 300 to 150. For the same reason, we also have lowered the estimated time to complete the form from 1.0 hour to 0.5 hours, resulting in a decrease in this collection's annual burden hours from 6,000 to 1,500.
