Request for Approval of a New Collection for the Evaluation of
the justice AmeriCorps (jAC) Legal Services for Unaccompanied
Children (LSUC) Program

Attached is the information collection request (ICR) for the jAC LSUC program, as
required for certification and submission to the Office of Management and Budget. The purpose
of the information collection is for the program grantee, the Vera Institute’s Center on
Immigration and Justice, to conduct an evaluation of the LSUC Program, including the study
design, consent protocols, and benefits and risks to subjects.
