In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three
years. The Agency has clarified that it does not require drug
testing of contractor employees, but rather that it requires the
contractor to provide employees that have been drug tested. Should
the agency begin to require drug testing, this ICR should be
modified to reflect appropriate protections of respondent
privacy.
