The Federal Communications Commission
("Commission") has developed a FCC Form 420-1B to facilitate the
Commission's goal to implement electronic filing of the form and to
accommodate any changes to the form in the future. International
broadcasters will file the FCC Form 420-1B in lieu of the
"Application for Authority to Construct or Make Changes in an
International, Experimental Television, Experimental Facsimile, or
a Developmental Broadcast Station" (FCC Form 309). The Commission
is submitting this non-substantive change request to OMB for
approval. Please see the justification for the change request which
is attached.
