Transporter Proof of Delivery (TPD)
documentation will be used as evidential matter in support of the
receipt and acceptance functions, which will facilitate the payment
process. DLA needs this information since not all customers provide
acknowledgment of receipt. The respondents will be contractors that
have been awarded contracts by DLA Aviation, DLA Land &
Maritime, and DLA Troop Support and have shipped supplies for which
a receipt has not been provided by the customer.
