Non-Substantive Revision Justification

The Federal Housing Finance Agency has made a number of minor revisions to its
Community Support Statement Form (Form 60), which are intended to: (1) clarify the
wording of certain instructions and definitions that have resulted in erroneous responses
and requests for clarification from respondents; (2) reformat the font, indentations, and
other formatting to make the form more readable and stable for electronic transmission;
(3) modify certain terminology to be consistent with the terminology used in the
Community Support regulation; (4) eliminate the option to transmit a the form to the
agency by mail (email and fax are permitted); and (5) request the respondent’s email
address in order facilitate electronic communication regarding the Form.
