Dear Secretary Bose:
Pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 46.3 (2013) of the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, Great Bay Energy V, LLC ("Great Bay Energy V") hereby submits this
letter in compliance with FERC Form 566. 1 Form 566 requires that on or before January 31 of
each calendar year, public utilities must report all customers and their business addresses if they
were one of the top twenty largest purchasers of electric energy, for purposes other than resale,
during any of three preceding calendar years.
Under Section 46.3(e), public utilities are further required to report any changes to their
Form 566 no later than March 1 of the same calendar year in the event that there is additional
data that was unavailable at time the Form 566 was originally filed.
Great Bay Energy V reports that, except for resale purposes, it has made no electricity
sales for any of the prior three calendar years. Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned
