Section 74.605, which the Commission adopted in a Report and Order, Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, and Memorandum Opinion and Order, FCC 11-120, WT Docket No. 10-153 on August 9, 2011, 76 FR 59559 (September 27, 2011), requires that licensees of TV pickup stations in the 6875-7125 MHz and 12700-13200 MHz bands shall register their stationary receive sites using the Commission's Universal Licensing System. The Commission is submitting this information collection as an extension (no change in requirements) in order to obtain the full three-year clearance from the Office of Management and Budget.
