Abstract: VA case managers use VA
Form 28–0791 while evaluating the
independent living needs of veterans
with severe disabilities. The data is used
to determine the scope of the veteran’s
independent living under the
Vocational Rehabilitation and
Employment program.

for Reinstatement. This notice (FR Vol.
80, Number 94, May 15, 2015) was
published in error; therefore this
document corrects that error by
withdrawing this FR notice, document
number 2015–28050–28051.
