The Ocean Enterprise: A study of US business activity in ocean measurement, observation, and forecasting

We are conducting a first of its kind study to determine the extent of United States private sector activity in support of ocean measurement, observation and forecasting and the use of ocean information to deliver safety, economic and environmental benefits. The study is sponsored by NOAA’s National Ocean Service and the U.S. Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS®).

You can help us with this important study by completing a web-survey (link is provided below). The survey will take only 20 to 30 minutes or your time, and will provide us with important information regarding your experiences, and what you hope to see in the future for the ocean measurement, observation, and forecasting sector. Your survey responses will be kept strictly confidential, and the survey results will only be reported at the aggregate level.
