In December 2012, the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") issued a notice of proposed rulemaking ("NPRM") setting forth proposed changes to the FTC's Used Car Rule (ICR Ref. No. 201206-3084-002). After reviewing the comments, the Commission now proposes additional modifications to the proposal made in the NPRM to address concerns raised by commenters.
