Other changes:** This request is for a non-substantial change to include the Office of Multifamily Housing, HUD Multifamily Rental Project Closing Documents.  Multifamily Housing wants to allow certain borrowers to use the old closing documents if the borrower can establish that: (a) the Multifamily loan application was in process for a period of 60 days or greater prior to August 10th; and (b) the loan closes within 180 days of August 10, 2014.  Versions of the previously approved forms are attached.
