paperwork requirements and associated burden hours for most of the
nationwide Reliability Standards, including the VAR group of
standards. The Commission is phasing in the creation of new
collection nos. for each group of Reliability Standards. In this
submission the Commission is removing part of burden associated
with the VAR standards in FERC-725A and adding the same amount of
burden to a new collection ,FERC-725X (OMB Control No. TBD, in a
separate ICR).
The Commission is removing the
burden hours from the collection (for the standards being replaced)
and adding the same amount of hours to a new collection FERC-725X
