This request for OMB clearance is to
collect data through a nationally representative survey of high
schools during the 2014-15 school year. Data from the National High
School Reform Study will inform a descriptive report on the
strategies that high schools are using to help students graduate
from high school, especially students at risk for dropping out and
students in high schools with low graduation rates. Information
from the survey will fill critical information gaps about the use
and prevalence of high school reform strategies to support at-risk
youth. The survey will be administered to a survey to a nationally
representative sample of approximately 2,000 public high school
administrators.
