Project Prevent Needs Assessment Template

PURPOSE:

The National Center on Safe Supportive Learning Environments believes that it is important to determine the needs of grantees to provide effective services and products. The data collected will provide the information for planning content, product development and events in order to meet their needs in meeting program requirements.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Audiences vary and are comprised of 50-100 people. Each will be given the opportunity to complete a needs assessment template. NCSSLE requests such information at the start of each fiscal year for planning purposes.

5. Information gathered will not be used for the purpose of substantially informing influential policy decisions.

6. The collection is targeted to the solicitation of opinions from respondents who have experience with the program or may have experience with the program in the future.
