Non-response survey
Mail-back
Dear Hunter,
About two months ago we mailed you a survey for a study at Noatak National Preserve. As of today we have not
received your completed questionnaire and the period to receive completed questionnaires has come to a close. I
am writing to let you know that we would still appreciate hearing from you. We hope that you will take a couple of
minutes to complete and return the information in this letter. These few questions will help us know a little
something about the people receiving our surveys. This remaining information will help us complete the survey
process.
Thank you.
