There are no program changes to
this collection. There are adjustments to the number of respondents
of -5, to the annual number of responses of -5, to the annual
burden hours of -5 and to the annual cost of +$1,250. These
adjustments are due to the Commission estimating that fewer
responses will be filed for this collection in terms of annual
reporting. For the increase in the annual cost, this occurred
because the cost was not accurately accounted for with the
Commission's previous submission to OMB.
