Based on actual data reported on SSA's annual report, we have reduced the estimate to 2,500 respondents to reflect a more realistic figure, and adjusted the public reporting burden accordingly. We have also adjusted the burden per response time from 3 minutes to 7 minutes. SSA data indicate 7 minutes more accurately reflects respondent per response completion times.
