This collection allows the National
Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Manufacturing
Extension Partnership (MEP) Program, obtain specific information
from clients served by the program. The information is used to
evaluate the program's strengths and weaknesses in order to plan
for improvements in the program's effectiveness and
efficiency.
Program Changes: In an effort
to reduce the burden on respondents, questions 5, 6, and 8 were
removed from the survey. The data obtained from these questions is
not currently part of NIST MEP's performance measures portfolio and
thus is not necessary to collect data on these questions. NIST MEP
is trying to understand and track our customer service and
satisfaction and we would like to obtain more details. Therefore, a
subset to question number 11 regarding Net Promoter has been added.
These revisions resulted in a net decrease of -833 burden
hours.
