implement regulations that are necessary to prevent injurious
inspect pests and plant diseases from entering the United
States.
There is a decrease of -15
respondents because some of the businesses were counted twice.
There is an increase of +95 annual responses because the foreign
government officials from the five Canadian provinces were
erroneously omitted from the APHIS 71 even though they were listed
in Question 2 of the Supporting Statement. This resulted in an
increase of +47 burden hours.
