Airports seeking approval to allow
arriving and departing flights from Cuba, the port authority,
director of airport operations, or the air carrier must send a
written request to the CBP port director requesting permission, and
providing the anticipated frequency of flights, times and days of
flights, and type of aircraft.

The burden decreased because
all of the airports that wanted to request approval for Cuba
flights have already done so. There is a good chance that CBP will
not collect anymore information related to this program.
