OSHA is requesting an
adjustment increase of 8,982 burden hours (from 57,949 to 66,931).
The adjustment increase is a result of updated data from the Bureau
of Census. In addition, there is an increase in cost from $117,000
to $129,600). This cost increase is the result of an increase in
the number of construction projects.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
