The information called for in this questionnaire is for use by the United States International Trade Commission in connection with its countervailing duty and antidumping investigations concerning 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane (“R-134a”) from China (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-509 and 731-TA-1244 (Final)). The information requested in the questionnaire is requested under the authority of the Tariff Act of 1930, title VII.
