The currently approved OMB
inventory is 3,348 burden hours for this collection of information.
This submission requests 5,772 burden hours. The adjustment
increase of 2,424 hours is due the industry representatives, listed
in A.8, informing us of the amount of time (hour burden) needed in
fulfilling the regulatory requirement. The currently approved OMB
non-hour cost burden is $170,728. This submission requests
$138,188. The net amount results in a decrease of $32,540. This is
due to re-estimating the number of annual responses received from
industry. The decrease is actually twofold: even though cost
recovery fees were increased due to rulemaking (78 FR 60213,
October 1, 2013), we received fewer applications from what was
submitted to OMB since the last collection.
