This is a reminder that you have until the end of the day tomorrow, [September/October 2014], to provide your input regarding the dissemination of the Increasing Access to Drinking Water in Schools toolkit, a new product that the CDC has developed.
We have developed a brief assessment that should take less than 12 minutes to complete to assess the extent to which our dissemination efforts are reaching you and to learn how we can better support your work in this area. Even if you have never heard of this toolkit, we are still looking for your input.
Your feedback is invaluable and will be used to refine our school health products and dissemination approach so as to better meet your needs.
