The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect data on the effectiveness of training provided by the FBI National Academy. This questionnaire is being sent to supervisors or agency executives identified by graduates of the National Academy. The FBI, in compliance with the federal government’s Paperwork Reduction Act, has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB Control Number: 1110-0021, Expiration Dated: ) to conduct these surveys via the Internet.
All responses are completely anonymous. The survey is strictly voluntary. Information you provide is considered only when statistically combined with the responses of others and is not identified with any individual. We would appreciate you taking the time to write comments since they provide us with extremely valuable data. Thanks for your participation.
