The purpose of this submission is for
applications for the Delta Community Capital Initiative (DCCI)
grant process. The DCCI is funded by recaptured funds from the
Rural Housing and Economic Development (RHED) program. Information
is required to rate and rank competitive applications and to ensure
eligibility of applicants for funding. Semi-Annual reporting is
required to monitor grant management
