Mathematica Policy Research is conducting the RPG staff survey as part of the national cross-site evaluation of the
RPG program. Approximately 425 front-line staff in 17 RPG grantees are invited to complete this survey to get a
comprehensive picture of staff characteristics, organizational climate, supervision and feedback, and perceptions
of the RPG-funded program and its implementation.
