Changes to the burden estimates have changed due to the increase in the number of individuals who will receive services annually. Additionally, the total of organizations increased as a whole but there is a decrease in the amount of providers that will now be affected by the 1one-time burden. There was an increase to the wages of the Billing and Posting Clerk.
