This notification shall include the
following information: (a) That basic tier
service is available; (b) the cost per
month for basic tier service; and (c) a
list of all services included in the basic
service tier. These notification
requirements are to ensure the
subscribers are made aware of the
availability of basic cable service at the
time of installation.

authorized power within a 30-day
period, an informal written request must
be made for any additional time as may
be necessary to restore normal
operations.

an existing information collection, as
required by the PRA. On November 4,
2013 (78 FR 66004), the FDIC requested
comment for 60 days on renewal of its
information collection entitled Real
Estate Lending Standards, which is
currently approved under OMB Control
No. 3064–0112. No comments were
received on the proposal to renew. The
FDIC hereby gives notice of submission
to OMB of its request to renew the
collection.

General Description of Collection:
Institutions use real estate lending
policies to guide their lending
operations in a manner that is consistent
with safe and sound banking practices
and appropriate to their size, nature and
scope of operations. These policies
should address certain lending
considerations, including loan-to-value
limits, loan administration policies,
portfolio diversification standards, and
documentation, approval and reporting
requirements.

Comments are invited on: (a) Whether
the collection of information is
necessary for the proper performance of
the FDIC’s functions, including whether
the information has practical utility; (b)
the accuracy of the estimates of the
burden of the information collection,
including the validity of the
methodology and assumptions used; (c)
