This information collection is designed to collect information for HUD regarding the Section 3 Business Registry for recipients of covered HUD funding pursuant to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 U.S.C. 1701u) and the implementing regulations at 24 CFR § 135. Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to be 30 minutes per response. This agency may not collect this information, and you are not required to complete this survey, unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. This collection does not require the retention of confidential or sensitive material.
