Revisions to the Collection Instrument
We are making minor revisions to the SSA-2032-BK to adjust how respondents contact SSA personnel to return funds to SSA.
Change #1: On page 4, question 6, we are deleting the words “VARO or”. The sentence will state: “Please contact SSA personnel as shown in “IMPORTANT” below to return these funds to SSA.
Justification #1: We are removing “VARO” as VARO personnel no longer handle these funds for SSA.
Change #2: On Page 4, in the “IMPORTANT” paragraph, we are changing the SSA address as follows: “U.S. Embassy, SSA, 1201 Roxas Blvd. Ermita 0930 Manila,”
Justification #2: We are updating our Embassy address for this form.
Change #3: We are revising the Privacy Act Statement on page 14.
Justification #3: SSA’s Office of the General Counsel is conducting a systematic review of SSA’s Privacy Act Statement on agency forms. As a result, SSA is revising the Privacy Act Statement on this form.
