Since 2008 when these burden
estimates were first formulated, the gross Indian gaming revenues
in the U.S. have increased by approximately $1.2 billion. This
growth in the Indian gaming industry could account for the dramatic
increase in the burden hour and cost estimates.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
