At the request of the Senate Committee on Finance (Committee), the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) is preparing a report on digital trade in the U.S. and global economies. Your firm was identified as a participant in an industry that is particularly digitally intensive.
In the next few days you will receive a letter requesting that your firm complete a mandatory questionnaire related to this fact-finding investigation (USITC Investigation No. 332-540, Digital Trade in the U.S. and Global Economies, Part 2). All individual responses will be kept strictly confidential.
