This collection involves information
regarding the location of the demarcation point, antennas placed on
subscriber premises, and the state of the market. This information
will be used to foster competition in local telecommunications
markets by ensuring that competing telecommunications providers are
able to provide services to customers in multiple tenant
environments.

USC 151 Name of Law: Communications Act of 1934, as amended
The Commission received OMB
approval for an extension on 8/1/13. However, the change in burden
was not made in ROCIS even though it was thoroughly explained in
the supporting statement that was submitted to OMB. Therefore, we
are increasing the number of responses to 98,304 and a decrease in
the total burden hours by 451 hours. This adjustment is because
over time requests for location information would have already been
made at most buildings.
