This generic will allow DGMQ to collect critical information for planning and implementation of disease prevention and control strategies among high risk foreign-born communities. Foreign-born individuals are hard to reach populations and often missed by routine data collection systems. There is limited information about the health status, beliefs and practices and risk factors for communicable diseases and other health issues, especially at the local level.
