The information collection is needed to document satisfactory compliance with statutory requirements of the various integrated programs. P.L. 102-477 authorizes tribal governments to integrate federally funded programs into a single coordinated comprehensive service delivery plan. Funding agencies include the Department of the Interior, Department of Labor, and Department of Health and Human Services. The Bureau of Indian Affairs is statutorily requested to serve as the lead agency. Section 11 of this Act requires that Interior make available a single universal report format which shall be used by tribes.

There was an adjustment made to the hourly burden, decreasing from 3,840 hours to 3,566. The adjustments was based on the decrease in the estimated number of grantees and the number of grantees submitting the SF-425 instead of IA 7703 for Financial Reporting.
