The collection instrument is used to
collect information from dependents of members of the armed forces,
dependents of a civilian employee of a military department, and DoD
Contractors and their dependents stationed overseas to determine
eligibility to receive WIC Overseas benefits. The collection
instrument is used by contractor staff assigned to WIC Overseas
offices.

number of burden hours because we included dependents of members of
the armed forces stationed overseas which is the majority of the
WIC Overseas recipients. They were not included in the previous OMB
submission.
