Dr. [Nash/Anderson-Thompkins/Blackinton],
The National Science Foundation (NSF) is preparing to conduct the Early Career Doctorates Survey, a national survey of postdocs and other early career doctorates in all disciplines. The survey will provide the NSF with important information about the career paths and research opportunities for individuals who have earned their doctorate or doctorate-equivalent degree within the last 10 years. RTI International, a not-for-profit research organization in Research Triangle Park, is looking for postdocs to participate in interviews in which we will evaluate survey questions. Participants will receive $50 as an expression of appreciation.
Would you please post the following notice to the [NCSU/UNC/Duke] postdoc association listserv on RTI’s and NSF’s behalf? If you have any questions about the study or the research interviews, please feel free to contact me. Thanks for your consideration.
