The uniform physical condition
standards ensure that HUD program participants carry out their
legal obligations to maintain HUD properties in a condition that is
decent, safe, sanitary, and in good repairs.
The decrease in responses and
hours is due to the fact that the number of respondents will vary
from year to year because of the number of inspections that are
performed annually and the cycle of the inspections scores.
