POST-LAW SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
Select the appropriate category under your current law school status. Do not enter information about
activities performed during law school (e.g., internships, externships) or part-time post-law school graduation
activities. This section applies solely to full-time activities that begin after law school graduation (e.g.,
clerkships, legal fellowships, and full-time graduate law programs not linked to a joint-degree program). Do
not enter part-time activities in this section.
SLIP applicants should check “Not Applicable” at the end of the section.
Current joint-degree students (JD/LLM, JD/MBA, etc.) should select “Not Applicable” at the end of the section
and enter the graduate degree information in the Non-Legal Education or Legal Education sections, as
appropriate, unless they have accepted a full-time judicial clerkship, Presidential Management Fellowship, or
full-time legal fellowship to begin after completing both degrees.
Law school graduates serving in a clerkship or legal fellowship who are earning a graduate degree through
part-time attendance or as part of the fellowship should enter only the clerkship/fellowship information in this
section, and enter the part-time graduate degree information in the Non-Legal Education or Legal Education
sections, as appropriate.
