Presidential Executive Order 13607 was
signed April 27, 2012, to address the problem of aggressive and
deceptive targeting of Service members, veterans, and their
families by some post-secondary educational institutions. Section 4
of this Executive Order specifically calls for the creation of a
robust, centralized complaint system for students receiving Federal
military and veteran educational benefits to submit complaints
against institutions that feel have acted deceptively or
fraudulently.
This information collection is
related to a new program/system required by Executive Order
13607.
