Section 104(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 requires the CPSC promulgate consumer product safety standards for durable infant or toddler products. The Commission is issuing a safety standard for infant walkers that contains requirements for marking and instructional literature that are collections of information under the PRA.
