The Commission adopted a final rule (FCC 13-30) which implements section 87.287(b). This new information collection increases the Commission's OMB inventory by 200 hours (program change increase). However, at the time of submission to the OMB, it was detected that the rulemaking FCC 13-30 has not been published in the Federal Register yet. Therefore, in any case, we are uploading a copy of the rulemaking in the Manage ICR Documents section of ROCIS.
