Purpose of this Submission: This submission is being made for proposed non-substantive revisions to an existing information collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507. This submission seeks to revise FCC Forms 465, 466, 466-A, and 467. The accompanying instructions to these forms will not change.
Summary of Proposed Revisions
Date Changes: Non-substantive changes (date updates) will be made to Block 3 of Forms 465, 466, and 466-A, and Block 2 of Form 467. Each of these blocks allows an applicant to indicate the year for which the applicant seeks funding. The current forms refer to funding years 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. Each of the forms would be revised to allow applicants to select funding years 2013, 2014, or 2015. Please see the attached forms, with the proposed revisions highlighted in yellow.
