The following questions will be mailed to non-respondents of resident survey to obtain information for nonresponse bias reporting.

About five weeks ago we mailed you a survey for a study at Cape Lookout National Seashore. As of today we have not received your completed questionnaire and the period to receive completed questionnaires has come to a close.
