Hello, this is ________ calling from RAND. I am trying to reach PARENT NAME about a research study he/she participated in. When we last spoke with PARENT NAME, he/she gave us your name and number and said that if we couldn’t reach him/her, we could call you, and you would know how to reach him/her.
